REQUEST FOR REPAIRS
Often there will be a few things wrong with the house that the buyer would like to have fixed. The procedure is for the buyer to submit a Request For Repairs form which details the repairs that are being requested.
There is a space on the form for the seller to respond to the request by stating what, if anything, he is willing to do.
There is yet another space on the form for the buyer to accept the sellers response or to initiate some other action if appropriate.
