WIRE THE FUNDS
One method to transfer funds into escrow is to have your bank make a wire transfer (there will be a fee for this both to the bank and to the escrow company).
This may be employed as an alternative to a cashiers check.
The reason this is necessary is that escrow must have the funds in their account before escrow can close and a regular check is insufficient due to the delay incurred while the check clears.
